December Wishlist

december wishlist with charlotte tilbury

December and the holidays are getting closer and most beauty brands have released or are about to release amazing holiday collections. Time for a little wishlist!

It certainly looks like a lovely little collection of products and I have been lusting after these for a little while now. The Hourglass Ambient palette looks amazing, but I am still debating whether to go for it: it seems a little small given the high price tag, but then it does give me the option to try six different powders. What should I do?

There area couple of lovely Charlotte Tilbury products in there as well: I have been lusting after the Coachella Coral lipstick and Mona Lisa Eyes to Mesmerise for a while now. I also really want to try the new Magic Foundation (lovely name!) but I will have to wait to visit a counter to be able to get matched to the proper shade. The final make-up product is the Urban Decay Naked concealer which I really want to try and compare to my HG Nars concealer.

On the skincare front I would really like to try the new Trilogy Cleansing Balm (as a cleanser obsessive, I simply cannot make a wishlist without including at least one). I loved my sample of the Aurelia Revitalize&Glow serum and have been trying to finish some face oils and serums before I go ahead and get this.

The last item on their is the Lilac Path perfume by Aerin. The bottle is simply breathtaking and the scent is absolutely perfect. That is my wishlist for the season, do let me know what products you are lusting after!

Yes why not – just thinking about them will drive you nuts so best to just go for it! (what good reasoning lolll) CT and Hourglass most definitely 🙂

I love the Urban Decay naked concealer. Not tried the Nars one though so I can’t compare!

Ah, the Hourglass palette! Have you seen the smaller version with 3 shades? I have that one – def a bit cheaper but you still get decent variety. That cleansing balm sounds really interesting too. As for me, I’m really excited to try the new NARS/Steven Klein collaboration products!

I have been looking at the smaller hourglass palette as well! I am still hesitating, so I will probably miss this years limited edition and will have to pick up the smaller one 😉 Do you use the hourglass powders as an overall finishing or more of a bronzer/highlighter?

oh yes, the Steven Klein collection is looking extremely pretty as well 🙂

I just like to use them as a highlighter – they’re very subtle though 🙂

CT Coachella Coral lipstick is so pretty, I was torn between that and Bitch Perfect but in the end Bitch Perfect won out… I think partly due to the name lol! Great wish list – it’s a well rounded list of makeup and skincare. 🙂

I ended up picking amazing grace because I wanted a matte one…and now I still want either coachella or bitch 😉 Both are such lovely shades.

There are so much seriously beauty obsessive products out there but if I want to prioritise, then I would definitely go to Charlotte Tilbury products and I would also love to choose Hourglass product and Trilogy cleansing staple too.
